Our clients call on us to help them with their resourcing needs in a wide variety of Permanent, Interim and Temporary roles.
All of the roles that our clients ask us to fill are different, as are their ideas about who are the right people to fill these roles. It is our job to find the right candidates to meet our clients expectations across the board.
What our clients have in common is that they want the best. They don't expect us to provide just bright people, they take that for granted. They want people who can make a positive impact, who are commercially minded, and can produce results.
We recruit from trainee level through to senior board management.
Minimum entry is usually 6 GCSE, A-C grade at trainee level.
Further up the career ladder you must be able to demonstrate an impressive record of work experience throughout your career, and some evidence that you have excelled in your chosen field.
You should also be able to demonstrate some achievements outside of your arena, so that we know that you are driven to excel in everything that you do to give you The Edge.
