Justin leads the team here at Ragged Edge with a very 'hands on' approach. He spends most of his week out of the office working with existing and potential clients on succession planning or business improvements strategies, consultancy projects or delivering our bespoke training packages.
With more than 20 years experience in senior operational and commercial roles within the ports and transport industry, he has a comprehensive understanding of how our clients businesses function. This insight is a distinct advantage when identifying suitably qualified and experienced candidates. Justin prides himself on finding opportunities, building relationships and providing solutions.
A lifelong (suffering) Liverpool FC supporter, Justin fancies himself as an amateur road cyclist, has an eclectic taste in music and devotes lots of walking time to his black spaniel Molly.
