Your job brief is advertised on our own website as well as one of the UK's premium job sites with over 12million registered candidates. It is also sent to our exclusive Talent Network. Our Recruitment Partners forward all applications and support you with interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Our 'Professional' product provides a fully managed solution whereby our team manages the hiring process 'end-to-end' ensuring that you only have to deal with the most suitable candidates. As well as providing a comprehensive database search including our exclusive Talent Network we also undertake a search of passive candidates and contact our extensive network for referrals. We deliver the utmost candidate and client care alongside providing the best active and passive candidates in the sector.
Our 'Executive' service is recommended where there is sensitivity around the role or where the skills and experience are very specific, rare or senior. Working on a retained basis, we commit the highest level of resources in return for an advance payment of the agreed fee from the client. We allocate a Recruitment Partner specifically to the assignment until it has been completed. Prior to undertaking the search we would meet with the key stakeholders to ensure that we are fully aligned with your requirements for the role, preparing a detailed job brief and marketing material that is then agreed with the client. We then contact our Talent Network and use our recruitment experience to identify and engage with the best active and passive talent within the market.

How the Ragged Edge Interim Process Works
When it comes to filling interim positions, we work with you and the interim candidate for the duration of the assignment. Once we have established who is available we shortlist and send you details of candidates to review. As well as helping to select the correct person to meet your interim requirements, our team also assist during the selection process with administration and references.
During the assignment we keep in contact with both the client and the candidate to ensure that we identify and can deal with any potential issues promptly.
